Do we need a car to get around?
Yes, in general. There are some bikes available if you want to go some place close by.
How can I get from the San Diego International Airport to the Beach house?
Most people rent a car or take an Uber
Are there surfboards and wet suits at the house I can use?
Yes! We have some soft and hard surfboards as well as miscellaneous sizes of used wet suits.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, with prior approval.
Are there a lot of bugs in California?
No, this area of California has hardly any bugs that bite. However, you may have flies in the summer.
Does the house have air conditioning?
Yes, the house has air conditioning inside.
Is there a phone at the house?
No, please bring your cell phone and turn on WiFi calling.
Can I have a party at the house?
The city has restrictions on the number of people who stay at the house and a limit on cars. In general, parties are not allowed, but some special events are considered. There is a state parking lot across the street that has availability, subject to the surf conditions, and allowed until 10:00pm.
